SunInfra Energies Ltd. is committed to conducting its business with professionalism, integrity, transparency and respect. The following principles guide our conduct and our interactions with employees, partners, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.

Bribery and Corruption
No employee of the company shall accept or give bribes or consideration in either cash or kind to any business associate, colleague, vendor, partner or client to find favors. Employees shall comply with all applicable anti-money laundering, anti-fraud and anti-corruption laws.

Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information received from clients and vendors and expect such information to be protected from unauthorized use or disclosure. Company and client information, including strategic plans, business models, investment decisions, databases, important figures, designs and reports, must not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

Business Gifts
Employees must not solicit or improperly accept gifts, remuneration, benefits, advantages or promises of further advantage for themselves, their immediate family or any business concern with which they are associated. Business gifts other than items of very small intrinsic value should not be accepted and, where accepted, should be informed to the appropriate senior or management.

Transparency and Traceability
All salient points concerning a purchase, design or installation decision should be appropriately recorded. Relevant technical and financial factors, opinions and authorizations should be documented in accordance with the procedures in force at the time the decision is made.

Professional Conduct
All employees and partners are expected to conduct their dealings and interactions in a manner that protects and enhances the company’s name and reputation, maintain high standards of integrity, avoid using authority for personal gain, maintain professional skills and comply with applicable company rules and policies.

Respectful Workplace
We expect all employees to exhibit decent and respectful behavior towards colleagues. Abuse, name-calling, improper language and behavior that violates principles of universal respect and equal opportunity are not acceptable.

Safe and Responsible Workplace
We are committed to maintaining a safe and responsible working environment. Employees are expected to observe applicable safety instructions and not interfere with safety devices or equipment.

POSH Policy
We are committed to creating a healthy working environment that enables employees to work without fear of prejudice, gender bias or sexual harassment. In keeping with this commitment and applicable law, complaints relating to sexual harassment are addressed through the Internal Complaints Committee and/or management as applicable.

Whistleblower Policy
Our Whistleblower Policy provides a channel for reporting reliable information regarding suspected misconduct. Whistleblowers are expected to report concerns in good faith and are not required to act as investigators or determine corrective action. Protected disclosures will be appropriately dealt with by the Human Resources representative.

Non-Retaliation
The company will not accept, support or tolerate retaliation in any form against any employee who, acting in good faith, reports suspected misconduct, asks questions or raises concerns. Any person who engages in or encourages such retaliation may be subject to appropriate action under the policy.
